Slovenia launches EU's new Entry/Exit System
Schengen area countries, including Slovenia, began gradually implementing the EU's new Entry/Exit System (EES).
The system applies to third-country citizens at external borders, international airports, and seaports, CE Report quotes STA.
In Slovenia, the EES is now operational at three airports and two seaports.
The new system is designed to enhance security and combat illegal migration.
