Dua Lipa marries Callum Turner in intimate London ceremony

Pop singer Dua Lipa and actor Callum Turner married in London this weekend, according to British media reports.

Among the outlets reporting the news was The Sun, which said the couple are preparing a lavish three-day celebration in Sicily.

The two British stars exchanged vows in an intimate civil ceremony at the Old Marylebone Registry Office in central London, according to The Sun and The Daily Mail.

The venue has previously hosted the weddings of several celebrities, including Paul McCartney, who married his third and current wife, Nancy Shevell, there in 2011, CE Report quotes AGERPRES.

Both tabloids published photographs showing the couple leaving the registry office hand in hand.

Thirty-year-old Dua Lipa wore a wide-brimmed white hat and a Schiaparelli Couture suit, according to British Vogue. Turner, 36, wore a navy-blue suit.

Following the London ceremony, a second wedding celebration and an extravagant three-day party are reportedly scheduled to take place later this week in Sicily. Representatives for the couple did not respond to requests for comment.

The British-Albanian singer and the actor have been together since January 2024.

Dua Lipa announced their engagement in an interview with British Vogue in June 2025. At the time, she described the engagement as “the decision to grow old together, to imagine a life together and to be best friends forever,” calling it “a truly special feeling.”

Born in London to Kosovar immigrant parents, Dua Lipa rose to international fame with her hit single Be The One in 2016. She has since achieved global success with chart-topping songs and continues to fill stadiums during her tours.

In 2025, at age 29, the singer-songwriter behind hits such as Levitating and Don't Start Now became the youngest person on The Sunday Times list of the 40 richest people under 40 in the United Kingdom. Her wealth was estimated at £115 million (€137 million).

Turner is best known for appearing in the Fantastic Beasts film franchise, based on stories by J. K. Rowling, as well as the adaptation of Emma and the television series The Capture.

His name has also been mentioned among the potential candidates to become the next James Bond.
