Serbian President doubts Washington will grant oil-import licence
Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić said that he does not understand the logic behind U.S. sanctions on the Serbian oil company NIS.
He does not expect Washington to reverse course and grant an oil-import licence, CE Report quotes HINA.
Without the licence, operations at the Pančevo refinery are expected to halt on Tuesday.
