Kate Middleton, Prince William share new family Christmas portrait
The Prince and Princess of Wales have released a new family portrait, which appears on their 2025 Christmas card.
William and Catherine are seated on green grass together with their children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, CE Report quotes Kosova Press.
A post shared by the couple on social media reads: “Wishing everyone a very happy Christmas.”
The family photograph was taken by Josh Shinner in Norfolk in April. It is a relaxed image that shows their closeness as a family.
The Christmas card also marks another year in Catherine’s gradual return to public life, as she continues her recovery from cancer and chemotherapy treatment. Here she is shown united with her family.
Last year, the couple revealed a Christmas card with personal significance, using a photo from the video released when Catherine announced the completion of her chemotherapy.
In January, she announced that she was in remission from cancer, making an emotional return to the hospital where she had received treatment.
A few months later, William and Catherine celebrated their 14th wedding anniversary during an official visit to the Isle of Mull in Scotland.
As reported by CE Report, in August, the couple were preparing to move to their permanent home at Forest Lodge, Windsor.
According to the BBC, William and Catherine will spend the festive season together and are expected to join the King and the rest of the royal family in Sandringham, Norfolk, on Christmas Day.
