Bulgarian community in Madrid prepares for major cultural event

The dancers of the Bulgare National Folklore Ensemble led by Hristo Dimitrov is to perform The Eighth Wonder show in Madrid on Saturday, BTA learned from the Nadezhda Association (Asociacion Esperanza) of Bulgarians in Madrid.

The Eighth Wonder is the fourth production in the repertoire of the Bulgare Ensemble, CE Report quotes BTA.

It was first performed on June 14, 2016. The producer, Hristo Dimitrov, created the original combination of film, theatre and dynamic folk dances and songs. The show features seven folk music and dance scenes.

Nadezhda Association President Eva Videnova said: "We will once again experience the miracle of Bulgarian rhythms."

The association was set up in 2022 to fill in the gaps in Bulgarians' integration in Spain through friendship, cooperation and mutual support.
