The festival will open with Grammy-winning jazz pianist John Beasley and his trio. Beasley, a 14-time Grammy nominee and musical director for the Herbie Hancock Institute of Jazz, is also known for his work on films like Skyfall and The Shawshank Redemption.

Swedish trombonist Nils Landgren, renowned for blending jazz with funk, soul, and hip-hop, will perform as part of the main gala for International Jazz Day.

On August 6, vocal jazz ensemble New York Voices will perform in Bulgaria for the first time. The group, formed in the 1980s, shares a legacy with acts like Take 6 and Manhattan Transfer.

The 2025 festival will feature 20 main-stage concerts and additional performances across two other stages, including a platform for young talents. The program also includes children’s jazz events, park shows, street performances, wine-and-jazz evenings, and late-night jam sessions.

Concert admission is free, with reserved seating available for a fee, according to organizers from the Municipality of Bansko and the Festivals in Bulgaria Association.
