Sean Combs remains in jail.

Judge Arun Subramanian has denied the hip hop mogul’s request for bail, arguing that the crimes of human trafficking for the purpose of prostitution, of which he has been found guilty, require that the convicted remain behind bars while awaiting sentencing, CE Report quotes ANSA.

The judge cited the words of Combs’s defense attorneys to support the decision:

“If Combs had been charged with domestic violence, we wouldn’t even be here having a trial, because he would have pled guilty, because he did that,” said Marc Agnifilo, head of the defense team.
