Condrea Wins Cannes Grand Prize Again

Oleg Condrea, a talented filmmaker, animator, and professor at Ion Creangă State Pedagogical University, has won the Grand Prize at Cannes for the second year in a row. His short films, Tangled Tails and Echoes of the Ringing Bells, have also received over 80 international awards at festivals in New York, Florence, Berlin, Paris, and London between December 2023 and May 2024, CE Report quotes MOLDPRES

Today, Moldovan Speaker Igor Grosu and MPs congratulated Condrea for his accomplishments, highlighting the creative potential of Moldova’s youth. Grosu also met with a young Moldovan video game development team recently recognized at the Nordic Game expo.
