“Made in Kosova” certificate wins global recognition

The Kosovo Chamber of Commerce (OEK) has announced that it has been officially accredited in Paris by the International Chamber of Commerce and the World Chambers Federation to issue Certificates of Origin with international validity.

According to the Chamber, the “Made in Kosova” certificate of origin now enjoys global recognition, marking a significant achievement for local businesses and manufacturers, CE Report quotes Kosova Press.

OEK stated that the accreditation represents an important step toward strengthening Kosovo’s exports, increasing the credibility of domestic products in international markets, digitalizing trade services, and providing greater support to exporters and producers.

“Kosovar products gain a new dimension in global markets, presenting the country with greater credibility and economic dignity,” the Chamber said in a statement.

The development is expected to simplify trade procedures for local companies and contribute to expanding the presence of Kosovo-made products in international markets.
