Camfin will not renew Pirelli shareholder pact with Sinochem
Camfin will not renew the shareholder agreement on Pirelli with the Chinese company Sinochem.
The holding company announced that it "has acknowledged the impossibility, at this stage, of identifying solutions with Sinochem to adapt Pirelli’s governance to U.S. regulatory requirements in order to continue developing cyber tyre technology."
The non-renewal will be notified to the golden power offices, CE Report quotes ANSA.
