According to Recovery Fund coordinator Orestis Kavalakis, the goal is to fully utilize the €31.5 billion available to Greece by 2026. Papathanasis noted that the Public Investment Programme is at its highest level in 15 years and that Greece has exceeded its absorption targets for the Recovery Fund.
He also reported that the “My Home II” housing support scheme has already committed €1 billion—half its total budget—across over 8,000 approved applications.
