The Organization for Entrepreneurship Development (ODA), in partnership with the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitization, announced funding for 89 companies through non-reimbursable grants exceeding 28.5 million lei, CE Report quotes MOLDPRES

Supported by the Government of Moldova, the European Union, and the World Bank, the grants aim to foster business development, innovation, and competitiveness. Funding was distributed through various ODA-managed programs, including PARE 1+2, Green Programs, Female Entrepreneurship Support, Start for Youth, and others.

The initiative is expected to generate around 400 new jobs and sustain over 700 existing positions, while attracting further private investments into Moldova’s economy.

“These grants reduce risks and promote smart, innovative investments,” said Deputy Prime Minister Doina Nistor. ODA Director Vadim Codreanu highlighted ongoing improvements, including program expansion and digitization to ease access for entrepreneurs.

This marks the third such event hosted by ODA in 2025, accompanied by sessions to help beneficiaries with project implementation and compliance.

ODA remains Moldova’s lead institution supporting the development of small and medium enterprises through both financial and non-financial tools.
