Russian assault group disrupted IAEA expert rotation at Zaporizhzhia NPP

Assault groups of the Russian army attacked Ukrainian positions near the village of Kamianske, Zaporizhzhia region, where the route was to be used by technical experts of the International Atomic Energy Agency for rotation at the temporarily seized Zaporizhzhia NPP.

This was reported by the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, which released a video showing the actions of the invaders, CE Report quotes Ukrinform.

According to intelligence, 13 soldiers of the 135th Motorized Rifle Assault Regiment of the 19th Motorized Rifle Division of the 58th Army of the Southern Military District of the Russian Armed Forces took part in the assault attempt.

The enemy group's actions actually disrupted international agreements on the rotation of IAEA representatives at the nuclear power plant.

Ukraine's security and defense forces managed to prevent the loss of combat positions as a result of the invaders' assault.
