Penguin Random House sues OpenAI over ChatGPT copyright claims
Publishing giant Penguin Random House filed a lawsuit against OpenAI in a court in Munich earlier this week.
The company claims that ChatGPT, powered by artificial intelligence, infringes copyright, CE Report quotes STA.
It alleges that the system imitates and reproduces content from a German children’s book series.
