Trump says Russia has “lost control” of diesel industry
U.S. President Donald Trump said that Russia has “lost control” of its diesel industry and reiterated his call for an end to Moscow’s war against Ukraine, Reuters reported, CE Report quotes MOLDPRES.
“Unfortunately, Russia has lost control of its diesel industry because of the war with Ukraine. A large number of their diesel refineries have been blown up and are, at least temporarily, out of operation,” Trump said in a social media post.
The statement came a day before his scheduled meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly.
“This ridiculous and endless war with Ukraine must end,” Trump added.
