BiH Council of Ministers Chair joins global leaders at WEF Davos
The Chair of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina began her participation at the 56th World Economic Forum in Davos, which is being held this year under the theme “The Spirit of Dialogue”.
Today’s Forum programme was marked by discussions among world leaders on strengthening international cooperation in an increasingly complex geopolitical environment, new sources of economic growth, investment in people, the responsible use of technology – especially artificial intelligence – as well as sustainable development and climate policies.
On the sidelines of the Forum, important bilateral meetings were held with European and regional partners, CE Report informs via the BiH Council of Ministers.
The Chair also took part in a discussion titled “Reviving the Spirit of Dialogue in a Divided World”.
At the center of all discussions was an emphasis on Bosnia and Herzegovina’s European path, regional stability, and the concrete steps needed to open accession negotiations with the European Union.
Particular attention was also drawn by the address of the President of the United States, Donald Trump, which further highlighted the connection between global security, the economy, and citizens’ living standards.
Bosnia and Herzegovina’s participation in this year’s Forum confirms the country’s commitment to dialogue, cooperation, and a European perspective, as well as its readiness to be an active participant in discussions on the future of Europe and the world.
