Trump threatens second strike against Caracas
“We are the ones in control in Venezuela,” U.S. President Donald Trump said while speaking to reporters aboard Air Force One.
He then threatened a second attack if those in power in Caracas do not behave as demanded by Washington, CE Report quotes ANSA.
“Colombia is governed by a sick man, but not for much longer. Operation Colombia seems like a good idea to me,” the U.S. president also said.
As reported by CE Report, Trump also renewed threats against Mexico over drug trafficking and migration, saying, “We have to do something. It needs to get its act together.”
Cuba is “ready to fall,” Trump said, adding that it would be difficult for Havana to “hold out” without heavily subsidized Venezuelan oil. “I don’t think any action is necessary; it seems to be collapsing,” the U.S. president added.
