Trump Sends Warships Near Venezuela
Donald Trump is deploying three warships off the coast of Venezuela to combat drug trafficking, a source familiar with the initiative said on Wednesday, CE Report quotes ANSA.
According to U.S. media, the U.S. president also intends to deploy 4,000 Marines to the region.
The deployment comes as the Trump administration increases pressure on Venezuelan leader Nicolás Maduro, whose bounty has been doubled to $50 million.
