Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski was promoted to deputy prime minister. Marcin Kierwinski returned as interior minister, replacing Tomasz Siemoniak, who will now focus on coordinating special services. Judge Waldemar Zurek, a vocal critic of past judiciary reforms, became justice minister.

Finance Minister Andrzej Domanski will now lead the expanded Ministry of Finance and Economy, while Milosz Motyka, nearly 33, was named energy minister—making him the youngest cabinet member. Other key appointments include Stefan Krajewski (agriculture), Wojciech Balczun (state assets), Jolanta Sobieranska-Grenda (health), and Marta Cienkowska (culture).

Jakub Rutnicki was named sports minister, and Maciej Berek will oversee government policy implementation. Jan Grabiec will head the Public Benefit Committee.

Duda emphasized that national security remains paramount and said the appointments bring clarity and stability to the government.
