Kremlin: Talks with Ukraine Will Resume Only After Prisoner Exchange
Talks with Ukraine will only continue once the prisoner exchange announced yesterday in Istanbul by both sides is completed.
This was stated by the Kremlin, CE Report quotes ANSA.
“What remains to be done is what was agreed upon yesterday by the delegations. It is, of course, primarily the exchange of 1,000 prisoners for 1,000,” insisted Russian presidential spokesperson Dmitry Peskov.
