Mitsotakis also emphasized the rollout of the digital labour card for 1.5 million workers, a 60% rise in declared overtime in some sectors, and expanded family leave policies, including extended maternity leave and new paternity rights.

Looking ahead, the government aims for a €950 minimum wage, €1,500 average wage, and full market adoption of the digital labour card by 2027.

“We’re improving workers’ lives every day,” Mitsotakis said, adding that more reforms are on the way.
