Kuleba takes part in summit of Association of Caribbean States

During a visit to Guatemala, Minister for Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba took part in the summit of the Association of Caribbean States - for the first time in the history of Ukraine – at the invitation of his Guatemalan counterpart Mario Bucaro Flores. Cereport reports citing Ukrinform

International cooperation can facilitate this even if countries are separated by an ocean and thousands of miles. That is why I am here today," said Kuleba.
