Greece Nabs Cocaine Ring Leaders
Greek authorities have arrested three individuals believed to be leading figures in an international cocaine trafficking network, according to Maritime Affairs Minister Vassilis Kikilias, CE Report quotes Athens-Macedonia
The arrests — two men aged 24 and 68 and a 49-year-old woman — were made by the Hellenic Coast Guard’s Drug and Smuggling Directorate. The suspects are linked to the transport of over 4.2 tons of cocaine seized by Spanish authorities on January 18, 2023, aboard the Togo-flagged cargo ship BLUME off the coast of Las Palmas.
