In France, police arrested nine people, including two museum employees, in a large-scale "ticket fraud" network that defrauded visitors at the Louvre Museum in Paris.

According to France 24, the museum management announced that the investigation was launched after they filed a police complaint, and the findings point to an organized and extensive fraud network.

Nine people, including two employees of the Louvre, were taken into custody by the police on suspicion of being involved in a “ticket fraud” network, CE Report quotes Anadolu Agency.

According to the Le Parisien newspaper, the fraud network started operating in the summer of 2024 and specifically targeted Chinese visitors.
