Louvre to raise ticket prices for non-EU visitors
According to reports in the national press, the Board of Directors of the world-famous Louvre Museum in Paris has approved a change in the museum’s admission fees, to take effect on January 14, 2026.
Under the new regulation, ticket prices for visitors coming from outside the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway will increase by 45% from that date, reaching 32 euros, CE Report quotes Anadolu Agency.
France’s Minister of Culture, Rachida Dati, had stated earlier this year that she wanted different pricing policies to be applied to Louvre Museum entry fees.
