Puerto Rican singer Bad Bunny has climbed to the top of the music charts in Germany just days after his memorable halftime performance at Super Bowl 2026, DPA reported.

The reggaeton and latin-trap performer holds the number one spot in both the German singles and albums charts with the song DtMF and the album DeBI TiRAR Mas FoToS, according to GfK Entertainment, which also reported a massive increase in streaming for the Puerto Rican star, CE Report quotes AGERPRES.

“Streams of this Latino star increased by 160% on Monday after that mega-concert compared to Sunday, and by 330% compared to the previous Monday,” GfK Entertainment announced. The company compiles Germany’s official music charts.

The songs NUEVAYoL and BAILE INoLVIDABLE also climbed the rankings, reaching seventh and 12th place respectively in the German singles chart.

Bad Bunny — whose real name is Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio — has become one of the most successful musicians in the world.

The 31-year-old artist won three awards at this month’s Grammy Awards, including Album of the Year.

His Super Bowl 2026 halftime performance, delivered entirely in Spanish, was widely praised by viewers. However, President Donald Trump said the show was “absolutely terrible.”
