Screenings will take place at Art-kino Croatia, in cooperation with the Croatian Network of Independent Cinemas.

According to Art-kino Croatia, the festival will open with a block of films by Milton and Janaki Manaki, pioneers of Balkan cinema. The program will also feature works by Dimitrie Osmanli, Ljubisha Georgievski, Mitko Panov, Slavko Janevski, Dimitar Kostarov and Stole Popov, as well as the first North Macedonian film ever to open the Venice Film Festival – the 2001 western "Dust", directed by Milcho Manchevski.

The festival is organized by the North Macedonian Cultural and Information Centre in Zagreb, in cooperation with the Cinematheque of North Macedonia and the Croatian Network of Independent Cinemas, with financial support from North Macedonia's Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
