Ben Affleck Celebrates First Birthday Post-Divorce with Kids

Ben Affleck's first birthday in a long time as a legally single man was a very low-key occasion.

The “Accountant” star went for lunch at a bakery and café located at a farmers market in Santa Monica, California, on Friday, accompanied by two of his three children, CE Report quotes Kosova Press.

Affleck (53) was celebrating his first birthday since finalizing his divorce from Jennifer Lopez.

He was joined by Seraphina (16) and Samuel (13). The Oscar-winning actor has three children from his 13-year marriage to his ex, Jennifer Garner (also 53). Violet (19) did not appear to be present.

Affleck and Lopez finalized their split in January 2025, less than five months after the “Let’s Get Loud” singer filed for divorce following two years of marriage.

In March, the “Good Will Hunting” star emphasized in a GQ article that he still had great respect for the “Hustlers” actress. He also said that Lopez’s documentary “The Greatest Love Story Never Told” was not the reason for their breakup.

However, Affleck admitted that they simply had different attitudes toward fame, stating that he is “more reserved and private” than his ex-wife.
