Fifty eighth edition of Martisor International Music Festival ends in Moldova

The closing concert of the 58th edition of the Martisor International Music Festival, held in the Moldovan capital and in the territory on 1-10 March, took place at the Nicolae Sulac National Palace from Chisinau on 10 March. CE Report quoting Moldpres

According to the organizers, over 60 concerts were held within the Festival. In March, the Martisor Festival has brought and continues to bring valuable artistic bands, singers and actors from Moldova, Romania, Italy, Greece and France on stages from Chisinau, as well as in another 43 settlements from Moldova and other several European cities.

The festival ended with a concert titled, Ballad for violin and orchestra, - a homage paid to the departed artist, Serghei Lunchevici, at his 90th birthday anniversary, who is regarded as a legend of music.
