Paramount to sue over Netflix bid for Warner Bros Discovery
In the battle to take over US media group Warner Bros Discovery (WBD), rival company Paramount has announced it will pursue legal action.
Paramount CEO David Ellison said the company will file a lawsuit in the US state of Delaware against Netflix’s takeover of WBD, CE Report quotes STA.
Paramount is also seeking to acquire Warner Bros Discovery itself.
