Greece Approves €290M in Strategic Investments

Development Minister Takis Theodorikakos chaired the fourth 2025 meeting of the Ministerial Committee for Strategic Investments on Tuesday. The committee approved four major investment projects totaling €290 million, expected to generate 316 new jobs, CE Report quotes Athens-Macedonia

Approved projects include:

  • Expansion of Kri Kri’s yoghurt and ice-cream production facilities

  • Expansion of Fulgor’s electric cable manufacturing unit

  • Development of the "Phaea - South Crete" tourism resort

  • Construction of the energy-autonomous "Diaporos Green Retreat" in Halkidiki

Key government officials, including Deputy PM Kostis Hatzidakis and Environment Minister Stavros Papastavrou, also attended the meeting.
