Kosovo attracts interest from Dutch companies

Business

The Kosovo Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as part of its efforts to promote Kosovo, has presented the investment opportunities the country offers to a large number of businesses in the Netherlands through its coordinator for the Netherlands, Albert Telaku, CE Report quotes Kosova Press.

According to a statement from the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce (KCCI), at the “MVO 2025 – Plan B in One Day” event organized in Utrecht, Dutch businesses were informed about the conditions for investing across a wide range of economic sectors.

“The promotion of Kosovo in the Netherlands comes at a time when many businesses from the country are considering expansion or relocation due to high costs, new unfavorable laws, rising energy prices, taxes, and economic uncertainty. These negative developments have led many Dutch companies to expand their interest into the Western Balkans — specifically Kosovo, Albania, North Macedonia, and Montenegro,” the statement reads.
