Istat said that its business-confidence index rose for the second month in a row in January, rising from 95.3 to 95.7 and taking it back up to the level of April 2024, CE Report quotes ANSA.

The national statistics agency added that its consumer confidence index was up too, going 96.3 to 98.2 for its first increase after three consecutive months of decline.
