Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reaffirmed on Monday that Kyiv will avoid striking civilian infrastructure and called on Moscow to do the same. Speaking after a brief Easter truce, Zelenskyy said calm is possible if Russia shows restraint and halts missile and drone attacks. He emphasized that a genuine ceasefire is the first step toward lasting peace and urged Russia to respond clearly to Ukraine’s offer.
