Erling Haaland’s agent responds to speculation around FC Barcelona

Rafaela Pimenta, the agent of Erling Haaland, has dismissed speculation that the Manchester City striker could be a target for FC Barcelona, CE Report quotes Kosova Press.

“I have often said that we have great respect and admiration for Barcelona, but there has been no contact,” Pimenta said.

She clarified that there have been no discussions either with Haaland or with Barcelona’s management regarding a possible transfer.

“Everything is going very well for him at Manchester City and at this moment we have nothing to discuss about a transfer,” Pimenta added.

The statement comes after reports during the presidential election process at Barcelona suggesting the possibility that the club could try to secure Haaland in the future, but the player’s agent has categorically denied any contact.
