Los Angeles Lakers taste victory after three consecutive losses

The Los Angeles Lakers tasted victory again after three consecutive losses in the NBA, defeating the Atlanta Hawks 141-116 at home.

The home team’s top scorer was LeBron James with 31 points, while Slovenian star Luka Dončić added 27 points to the win, CE Report quotes STA.

The 41-year-old James, playing two games in two days for the first time in his 23rd NBA season, recorded 10 assists and nine rebounds, falling just one rebound short of a triple-double.

Dončić, who shone in the first half, finished the game with 12 assists and five rebounds, but also lost seven balls for the Lakers, who had built a 32-point lead early in the second half.

The Lakers’ next game is scheduled for Friday night, when they will host Charlotte at home.
