Albania's Elisa Spiropali lauds Tetovo students for preserving traditions
On the second day of her official visit to North Macedonia, the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs of Albania, Elisa Spiropali, visited the municipality of Tetovo.
Spiropali was initially received by the mayor of the municipality, Bilall Kasami, CE Report quotes ATA.
The meeting focused on local development, the city’s challenges, and the role Tetovo plays today as a dynamic educational, cultural, and social center in the region.
Later, Spiropali, along with local officials, attended artistic performances by students at Tetovo’s Medical High School.
‘This young generation passionately preserves the values, traditions, and heritage that make this city so lively, proud, and inspiring for the common good,’ Spiropali remarked during her visit to the school.
Foreign Minister Spiropali was moved by the artistic performances at Tetovo’s Medical High School, noting how a new generation passionately carries forward the city’s cherished values, traditions, and heritage.
Minister Spiropali undertook a two-day official visit to North Macedonia, where she held meetings with President Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova, Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski, and other senior officials of the neighboring country.
As reported by CE Report, Albania and North Macedonia aim to transform Corridor VIII into an economic hub.
