Bosnia hosts Nordic-Baltic parliament chiefs in major diplomatic push

Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH PA) Denis Zvizdić, Speaker of the House of Peoples Nikola Špirić, Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Marinko Čavara, and Chair of the Croat Caucus in the House of Peoples Marina Pendeš (on behalf of Deputy Speaker Dragan Čović) held a meeting in Sarajevo.

They met with presidents and vice presidents of parliaments from eight Nordic and Baltic countries (NB8), CE Report quotes FENA.

The NB8 delegation is currently on a multi-day visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The meeting focused on strengthening inter-parliamentary cooperation and regional ties.
