China Criticizes U.S. “Golden Dome” Missile Defense Shield
China has criticized the “Golden Dome” missile defense shield announced by U.S. President Donald Trump, along with its initial $25 billion funding, accusing it of “threatening global balance and stability.”
Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mao Ning, speaking at the daily press briefing, urged Washington “to abandon the development and deployment of the global missile defense system as soon as possible.”
The proposed model is seen as the American response to a potential attack launched by China and/or Russia, CE Report quotes ANSA.
