
Erdogan, Zelenskyy Meet in Ankara
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Ankara on Thursday ahead of anticipated Russia-Ukraine peace talks. The meeting took place at the Presidential Complex and included top Turkish officials such as Defense Minister Yasar Guler and intelligence chief Ibrahim Kalin, CE Report quotes Anadolu Agency
The leaders are expected to discuss the ongoing war and Türkiye’s call for an immediate ceasefire and renewed peace negotiations. Following their closed-door talks, both delegations will attend a working lunch.
Zelenskyy arrived in Ankara earlier in the day and was received by Ukrainian and NATO officials.
