Regarding the recent tremors in the sea area north of Santorini, Mitsotakis noted a decline in seismic activity but emphasized that scientists continue to monitor the situation. On economic matters, he highlighted Greece’s primary budget surplus of €2 billion in January, surpassing the €1.4 billion target. He attributed this to better expenditure control and increased tax revenues, stressing the social benefits of the government's fiscal policies.

Mitsotakis also reaffirmed the government's commitment to job creation, expanding an employment program for unemployed individuals aged 55-74, which will generate 6,000 new jobs. He acknowledged professional groups' demands, stating that the government remains open to fair requests within fiscal limits.
