Serbia considers NIS ownership shift amid U.S. sanctions
Serbian Minister of Mining and Energy, Dubravka Đedović Handanović, said that the Russian owners of the Serbian Oil Industry (NIS) are ready to transfer control of the company to third parties.
NIS is currently under U.S. sanctions, CE Report quotes FENA.
The transfer would allow other entities to assume influence over the company’s operations.
