NAA Summer Art Academy Opens August 4

The 16th Summer Academy for Children and Students of the National Academy of Art (NAA) will begin on August 4 at the Faculty of Applied Arts and Design. Young participants will explore a variety of creative disciplines including drawing, ceramics, illustration, sculpture, and animation under the theme “I Have an Idea.”

Workshops will introduce children to the art of Alexander Calder and Joan Miró, inspiring them to create their own pieces, which will be exhibited at the academy’s opening. Activities also include calligraphy, puppet theatre, land art, and eco-design using recycled materials, CE Report quotes BTA
