Achillopoulio hospital flooded in Volos as Krafsidonas torrent overflows
The huge amounts of water that fell on Volos during storm 'Elias' caused the Krafsidonas torrent to overflow on Thursday, making this the second time the torrent has burst its banks in the last 20 days. CE Report quoting Athens-Macedonian
Major problems were also caused by another torrent to the east of Volos, Anavros, which overflowed at a point near Ag. Dimitriou street and whose waters flooded the areas of Nea Dimitriada.
