Although the sale of alcohol and tobacco to minors is illegal in Slovenia, the latest No Excuse Slovenia study by the Youth Association has found that most minors can still purchase these products without difficulty. A test showed 62.5% were able to successfully buy alcohol, while 44% were able to purchase tobacco, CE Report quotes STA.
