Romania's EBRD capital subscription increases by EUR 19.36 million

President Klaus Iohannis on Tuesday promulgated a law that provides for an increase in Romania's capital subscription in the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development by 1,936 shares worth EUR 19,360,000, CE Report quotes Agerpres

The paid-up capital of EUR 19,360,000 is paid starting with 2025 by bank transfer in euros in equal annual instalments until April 30, 2029.
