Jazz Fest in Borovets Honors Founder and Volunteers

The 4th International Jazz Festival Dr Emil Iliev wrapped up on Wednesday at Bulgaria’s Borovets resort, CE Report quotes BTA

The event opened on August 1 with its official anthem and a tribute to founder Dr Emil Iliev.

Festival director Tatyana Ilieva, joined by government and media officials, led the opening ceremony.

Highlights included performances by the Miro Ivanov Quartet and the Bulgarian-Cuban band Los Papis. Volunteers and contributors were honored with certificates and prizes.
