Bulgarian Government Adopts 2025-2029 Governance Programme

The Bulgarian Council of Ministers has adopted a Governance Programme for 2025-2029, aiming to ensure stability, predictability, and development amid economic and geopolitical challenges. The programme is a result of collaboration between GERB-UDF, BSP-United Left, and There Is Such a People, with support from DRF-MRF, CE Report quotes BTA

• Bulgaria’s deeper integration into the European economic and financial system
• Efficient management of EU and donor funds

• Energy security through diversification, nuclear development, and green investments
• A fair, transparent, and efficient justice system
• Strengthened national security and foreign policy within the EU and NATO
