Velenje beach and water park get major makeover

One of the most popular venues reopened in Velenje, in northeast Slovenia.

It had been under renovation for several months, CE Report quotes STA.

The beach around Lake Velenje now features more green spaces and trees.

The water park has also been expanded and upgraded to attract more visitors, local officials said.
