Real Madrid eye Inter’s Denzel Dumfries

Real Madrid are among the clubs interested in signing Inter full-back Denzel Dumfries, a move that could have an impact on the increasingly competitive race to sign Marco Palestra from Atalanta.

Dumfries is among the players who could leave Inter Milan this summer due to a €25 million release clause in his contract. Reports indicate that the clause is only valid for clubs outside Italy and is set to expire in mid-July, CE Report quotes Kosova Press.

Meanwhile, Real Madrid are among the teams interested in activating Dumfries' release clause, according to journalists Fabrizio Romano and Gianluca Di Marzio.

A sale of Dumfries this summer could help Inter secure the funds needed to complete a deal for the highly rated Italian talent Palestra, who is valued at around €50 million.
